I haven't had such a positive experience with a veterinary practice in a long time! My cat couldn't urinate, so I called at 8 a.m. and was able to come in just 45 minutes later. Unfortunately, I was already familiar with the problem, as he's had it several times before – but they helped him quickly and effectively, and they also explained to me, as his owner, what the best course of action would be for him in the future. The vet is incredibly kind, and the veterinary assistants are wonderful too. I would definitely go back there anytime! ☺️

As a long-time, experienced pet owner, I can highly recommend this veterinary practice 👍🏻. Veterinarian Nina Hofer and her staff are incredibly friendly and competent in handling animals. Appointments are always available quickly. I'm so glad we have such a welcoming veterinary practice in Sögel. Keep up the great work! 😀

I was just at the vet's office with my bulldog for a nail trim. I had specifically mentioned yesterday when making the appointment that I only wanted a nail trim, nothing else, but they still forced an unwanted consultation on me. She repeated the same sentence three times: that his breathing was unusual. Apparently, that's just how it is with a bulldog with a flat nose. The nail trim cost about €15. Then, they forced a heart check because he was so excited, along with the unnecessary consultation, all for a total of six minutes in the office, costing €60. That's outrageous! I didn't go back. I had specifically asked for just a nail trim, which they had done the last time. That was the last time I'll be going to that vet. The staff still did things and charged me for things I explicitly didn't want.

Due to very bad experiences with my guinea pigs at the last veterinary clinic, I searched for alternatives in a wider area and that's how I came across this practice. On the phone, I explained the situation and that I was finding it very difficult to trust them (because of the bad experiences). They responded with great empathy and accommodated my request to schedule a longer appointment to explain everything thoroughly. At this first appointment, I immediately felt very comfortable. The entire team was exceptionally friendly and truly listened. My guinea pig was examined thoroughly, and all the procedures were performed with routine and competence. It was clear that all the staff members loved the animals and performed their work with great dedication and passion. My concerns and anxieties were taken seriously, and together they worked to find the best solution for my pet. I especially appreciate how harmonious, respectful, and well-organized the team is. I've often experienced very different situations elsewhere. Scheduling appointments is also straightforward (online booking is possible) and quick. In urgent cases, a timely solution has always been found. You could tell that all the staff members loved the animals and that they performed their work with great dedication and passion. Finding veterinarians who are knowledgeable about guinea pigs isn't easy. In the past, I've had many bad experiences; most recently, one of my guinea pigs was given the wrong medication (contraindicated for guinea pigs, highly likely to be fatal). It died a few days later, and perhaps it would still be alive if it had received a different antibiotic immediately (there were alternatives). Therefore, I'm very happy to have finally found a practice where I feel my animals are in good hands and receive expert care. A big thank you to the entire team!
