Since my vet is on vacation, I looked for an alternative for my guinea pig. I was very kindly offered an appointment a few days later (I called Thursday afternoon and got one for Monday), which I gladly accepted as it wasn't an emergency. Today I went there with my guinea pig and they treated me very, very well. The vet took plenty of time and explained everything to me. The medical assistant was also very friendly. Even though I was "only" there with one guinea pig, my concerns were taken seriously (I've had different experiences elsewhere). I'm very happy that my pet was treated so quickly and well.

Many thanks to Dr. Schneider and her practice team for the excellent care of my dogs over the past few weeks. I always received a listening ear and empathetic, competent advice and answers to my questions. I was especially pleased that, after my dog's surgery at another facility, the practice checked in on him on Friday evening to see how he was doing. I will remain a loyal patient of this practice.
