We had an emergency on a Sunday evening. Our West Highland White Terrier was attacked and "chewed up" by two Boxers. Our dog received loving and highly competent treatment. A fantastic team! Thank you so much! We were on vacation and luckily found this veterinary practice.

Poor value for money. The bill for follow-up care for a purulent wound was four times as expensive as the original surgery at my regular vet. Even considering the Saturday emergency service, it's completely unreasonable. The treatment itself was okay, hence the two stars.

Emergency care was provided to our dog in a grossly negligent manner. The call-out was billed as a serious disruption to the inpatient procedure. The dog was left to his fate. (I'll help them over the weekend.) Our dog was 15 years old and died over the weekend. The medication had a massive impact on his central nervous system. He could only crawl. His condition was pitiful. We hope that the follow-up appointment will justify the veterinarian's actions. I cannot rule out our own negligence; the medication treatment was disastrously ineffective for the dog.

A very competent, empathetic, and thorough veterinarian. She took plenty of time and gave our dog a very thorough examination. We felt well cared for and advised.
