Kleintierpraxis Miriam Knoche Langenhagen

I visited Ms. Knoche's practice for the first time because I wanted to determine the sexes of my baby rabbits when they were about three weeks old. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible yet because they were too small. Nevertheless, I received a bill for almost 50 euros. A week later, I was able to see Ms. Knoche again in person, and she tried again to determine the rabbits' sexes. This time it worked better, and she even offered to come back a week later for a check-up because three of the animals weren't entirely certain. On the last two visits, she waived the fee, and I felt very well cared for at the practice. Ms. Knoche is very competent in her field and very kind and personable; I have rarely felt so comfortable. I will also take my Labrador retriever to her if she should become ill… Tanja Maaß-Glade

We first visited this practice with our two cats in 2024 and were absolutely thrilled. From routine checkups to neutering, we were extremely satisfied. The animals are cared for with such warmth and attention, and the staff takes their time with each one. Above all, you can tell that the animals' well-being is their top priority, and they aren't treated like mere objects, as I've experienced with other animals at other practices. Even if you don't usually enjoy going to the vet, believe me, you'll look forward to going here!! :-)

Dr. Knoche is the most competent veterinarian I have ever met. Whether it's an emergency or a routine check-up, we have always received prompt and expert help. Even our anxious dog enjoys going to her. The team is always friendly and accommodating. We now live just over two hours away, and we gladly make the trip to continue seeing our veterinarian.

We are very satisfied. Regardless of which veterinarian or team member you choose, everyone is incredibly kind, takes their time, explains everything thoroughly, and treats the patient exceptionally well. What's extremely rare is that here they actually talk to the animal and try to calm it down, instead of just taking it out of the carrier, examining it, and putting it back. Absolutely fantastic – our new pet vet!! 🐈😊

We're so happy to have found you! We've rarely encountered such a lovely veterinary practice where every single staff member is so warm and loving towards animals! …and even rarer is the fact that you can come in (almost) anytime for training sessions, and the dogs even get free treats! Absolutely fantastic – we're certain that vet visits would be much harder for our Scottie anywhere else, and that's why we're staying with you despite moving! Highly recommended! 🐶
