We've been taking our six rabbits to this practice for a long time and feel we're in excellent hands. We've been to several practices and clinics that we definitely won't be returning to – here we've found "our" practice! Ms. Koch, Dr. Isensee, and Dr. Düsterhöft are always very friendly, even under the greatest stress, and they discuss every option with us for each animal – the final decision is made together – unlike in other practices where only the vet has the final say. Even the most difficult cases have recovered, and I'm incredibly grateful for that! The price-performance ratio is perfectly reasonable – the price increase is due to the extreme rise in the veterinary fee schedule, not to the vets at this practice! Regarding the long waiting times mentioned here, I can only say that emergencies can always arise. However, if pet owners have booked an appointment for one issue and then want four animals seen, they should be thanked if it takes longer. To all the veterinary assistants: You're fantastic! Your nerves are also tested daily by unfriendly or unreasonable people – and yet you always remain friendly and have a listening ear – many thanks to the entire practice team for the numerous treatments of our furry friends and for always being there to listen, for your empathy, and for exploring all the possibilities!
