Today was my first visit to the Filu veterinary clinic, and I immediately felt comfortable and well cared for. Both the staff and the veterinarian were very friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly. The experience was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely continue to visit this clinic.

I am unfortunately disappointed with my visit. Yesterday, I called ahead to inquire about the cost of the annual vaccination, including a check-up. I was quoted €90. However, on-site, additional tests were performed without any prior explanation that these would incur extra charges. The final bill came to almost €160 (instead of €90 for the requested service, it was suddenly almost €123!!). I was particularly surprised that the examination alone (the unsolicited "detailed examination of individual organs" in addition to the general check-up) was charged an extra €33. This examination seemed rather brief and routine to me, which is why I hadn't expected such a charge. Had I been informed transparently beforehand, I would at least have had the opportunity to ask questions or decide to decline this additional, unnecessary examination. On top of that, there was a very long wait. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and the way they handled the animal was pleasant. Nevertheless, I'm left with the impression that there should have been significantly more transparency regarding costs and communication. Such a discrepancy is particularly disappointing when different price expectations are conveyed over the phone.

Appointments are available very quickly, and both doctors and staff speak excellent English. They take a lot of time for the examination (in the best possible way), without rushing at all. Everything is calm and well explained, and our pet felt relaxed and not stressed. Highly recommended.

My dog ​​and I felt very comfortable; all our questions were answered. The vet took her time, which was great – I would gladly go back.
