We took our cat to the List Animal Health Center – once for FORL (tooth extraction) and later for cruciate ligament surgery. In both cases, we felt well cared for, and everything went smoothly. Appointments are easy to get, and there's no long wait. The entire team is friendly and very gentle with the animals, which is especially important to us. We feel very well looked after there and will gladly return. We highly recommend them. 🐾

I want to sincerely thank the entire practice. My two cats, Max and Lucy, received incredibly loving, patient, and professional care. You can immediately tell that they work with genuine passion and extensive expertise. The veterinarians and assistants take their time, explain everything clearly, and are very sensitive to each animal. Despite the stress, Max and Lucy calmed down quickly – that says it all! The organization, friendliness, and tranquil atmosphere are also exemplary. I feel my animals are in excellent hands there and am very grateful for the outstanding care. A practice I can wholeheartedly recommend! ❤️🐾

I came to this veterinary practice during a very stressful time – the first visit was with my partner, as I was abroad at the time. It concerned my dog, Sisi, who had suddenly started bleeding when defecating. I was immediately told that urgent surgery to remove her entire uterus was necessary, "immediately," because my dog was supposedly in mortal danger. Sisi had no fever, and the blood tests showed only mild inflammation. Nevertheless, from the very beginning, there was strong pressure to have an immediate and highly invasive operation. I paid almost 600 euros for examinations and treatments at this practice without receiving a clear diagnosis or effective treatment. Since Sisi's bleeding initially subsided and then recurred, I consulted a different veterinarian two weeks later. After a thorough examination, it was immediately determined that the cause was inflammation of the anal glands or sphincter muscles – and not a uterine problem. The treatment was performed on-site; Sisi received the appropriate medication and quickly made a full recovery. The total cost was €100. Had I trusted the first clinic, Sisi would have had to undergo a completely unnecessary, invasive operation, while the underlying cause would have remained untreated. I am very disappointed and have lost all trust in this clinic. Instead of a thorough diagnosis, I experienced pressure, fear-mongering, and the suggestion of a very expensive operation. Note: I previously submitted an objective review of this experience. However, that comment was deleted, and I was blocked from commenting further. Therefore, I am recounting my experience here.

I don't usually write reviews like this, but this vet's arrogant and boastful manner, as well as our experience there, still bothers me. They present themselves as animal lovers, but in the end, it's clearly all about the money. Beware: as soon as you enter this practice, it gets expensive – prices aren't communicated transparently beforehand. Yes, the practice is modern, but someone obviously has to finance it. Our impression: they do practically everything and bill at three times the standard rate. As a pet owner, you quickly get caught in a spiral of worry for your animal and immense pressure from the vets and the owner – and that's exactly how they fleece you. Without pet insurance, a single visit here can quickly put a huge dent in your wallet. Just before Christmas and New Year's, we paid over €600 for an unnecessary examination and a misdiagnosis. They almost spayed our dog Sisi for over €2,000 – supposedly for pyometra. In reality, it was an inflamed anal gland. At another, truly professional veterinarian, the treatment cost approximately €100. To clarify: This review is related to the review from February 7, 2026, by Wiktoria (Sisi) – it concerns the same case. Remarkably, my partner's account was simply blocked by the practice. Therefore, the review was reposted via a second account – this time with supporting evidence. The practice is welcome to respond and try to act all high and mighty again. Conclusion: We absolutely do not recommend this practice. If I were to spend money like this, it would be on vacation, not so that Malte can have a vacation at my expense.
