I am deeply disappointed and shocked by the way my 10-year-old dog underwent dental treatment at this practice. During the post-operative consultation, the veterinarian herself told me that my dog ​​hadn't fallen asleep as expected, but the treatment was started anyway. He only "fell asleep" during the procedure. However, according to the veterinarian, he reacted with pain when one of his teeth was removed, despite the alleged general anesthesia. For me as an owner, this is inconceivable. The fact that several specialists were in the room and yet no one intervened makes me seriously doubt the professionalism of this practice. My dog ​​was visibly shaken after the surgery, not only physically but also mentally. Several months have passed, but the thought of what he may have gone through still haunts me. We will not visit this practice again and have since found a new, trustworthy veterinary practice. I advise other pet owners to take a very close look and, if in doubt, seek a second opinion.

Competent, friendly staff, excellent value for money. My dog ​​received fantastic help...very satisfied and will go again.

We're actually from Dortmund and were so glad to find someone just before closing time on Saturday who could help us with the troublesome issue of diarrhea. Helpful tablets later, dog and owner finally have a calm stomach again and a carefree weekend :)
