This was our second visit to Ms. Nachtigall and her assistant, Ms. Utesch. This time, my dog ​​had barely eaten or drunk anything for about three weeks, had lost a significant amount of weight, and was very lethargic. He received excellent care each time – the animal's well-being was clearly the top priority, and great care was taken to ensure that both my dog ​​and I, as a concerned pet owner, felt comfortable and well looked after. I especially appreciated that we were able to get an appointment at short notice, yet they still took plenty of time for us. I had a very good feeling from the start. They were very communicative and involved throughout the entire process. My dog ​​is now doing wonderfully again, for which I am very grateful. Furthermore, the costs are absolutely fair and affordable. I am truly extremely satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice!

Our visit to this practice unfortunately left us with a bad feeling. We sought help for a sick animal, but instead of a clear assessment, we received only general suggestions. We would not recommend them.
