A wonderful practice with very empathetic assistants. My partner unfortunately had to have her cat euthanized and received wonderful and sensitive support throughout the process. Even before that, she always felt very well advised and cared for there.

Having moved so many times, we've seen quite a few veterinary practices, and the Artland group practice is the first one where my two dogs practically jump for joy! You can hear them squealing with delight as soon as they walk in. This is mainly because everyone there is incredibly loving and warm towards my dogs. They both receive such a wonderful welcome at reception that it always warms my heart. I've had a particularly difficult and long journey with my male dog, and for a while, I didn't know how much longer I would have him. Throughout that time, everyone has been incredibly kind and empathetic towards me – and I've often arrived at the practice completely distraught and/or with tears in my eyes. They have always been so kind to me and have always managed to alleviate at least some of my sorrow and worries. The Schibalski family and everyone else at the practice truly support us every step of the way and are always there for me with advice, practical help (and lots of patience ;-) ). ... I also find it incredibly positive that external advice is sought in certain cases. For example, when Rudi had serious gastrointestinal problems, we were referred to a veterinary clinic for an endoscopy and biopsy. And when Erna had a growth disorder in her knees, a specialist's opinion was consulted directly to find the best possible treatment for my dog. A physiotherapy practice is also part of the team. This keeps everything under one roof, and observations, symptoms, and diagnoses are exchanged quickly and easily. I never want to take my dogs anywhere else again! The fact that I drive a total of 60 km for each vet visit speaks for itself, I think. A thousand thanks for everything, also on behalf of Rudi & Erna.

I went there today to pick up a request for a surgical report on behalf of my in-laws, as they don't speak or understand German very well, and something went wrong during their treatment. I was called into the consultation room, and from the very beginning, I was spoken to very rudely until I pointed out to the doctor that she should speak to me properly. She apparently couldn't do that and became even more abusive, ultimately calling me a "stupid chicken" in front of the other patients. If anyone witnessed this, please get in touch. Not recommended.

Compassionate and competent veterinarians, a friendly and helpful practice team, and a stress-free environment for the animal. We have also experienced clear communication and thorough explanations, and the feeling that the animal's well-being is paramount, which is reflected in successful treatments and the animals' quick recoveries, whether it was with our Schröder or our current two rescue dogs. An empathetic and sensitive approach to the animals and to us humans. You also have a wonderful ability to calmly treat anxious or nervous animals. Our Wilma is extremely anxious, and you are so sensitive that you manage to get her to cooperate a little. After Wilma's surgery, veterinary staff even went into her crate with her to give her the love she needed. Competent and thorough consultation and explanation of the diagnosis and treatment options. Your practice is bright and clean. A stress-free atmosphere for the animal thanks to good organization to avoid long waiting times. I could write more. But in short, you guys are great. Thank you!

Best vet for over 25 years! My parents have always been in good hands there. And so have I, ever since I got my own pets. I can highly recommend them. Even with difficult cats that aren't very affectionate. The animals' well-being is always a priority. We'll definitely be back! 😇🫶🏻
