We just had a first check-up for our kitten with Kleintierpraxis Oberursel. Both dr. Fach and secretary Sara were very friendly and affable, they gave recommendations and answered all my thousand questions about the health, hygiene and vaccination. And our little one got a little present. We are glad to be in such a good hands!

They were great! Both the receptionist and doctor spoke English. And more importantly they were both super nice with our sweet puppy. Magic can't wait for his next visit.

Anyone looking for "cheap" is definitely in the wrong place; unfortunately, there are other "providers" for that. You can also buy animals from dubious sources and then complain about high healthcare costs. This is just a heads-up regarding the generally negative comments on Google regarding negative veterinary reviews – and this applies to all professional veterinary practices. The official veterinary fee schedule (GOT) always applies! In general, if you want the best possible care for your beloved pet, Dr. Fach's team offers competent and professional advice and support!

Dr Fach is very friendly and is our dog loves her. She is well suited for day to day consultations and we recommend her.

I visited the practice for the first time at 8:00 a.m. without an appointment because my Chihuahua was having trouble breathing. We didn't have to wait long. Unfortunately, my little one had to be put down. Dr. Fach explained everything to me calmly and thoroughly. She and her assistant were very kind and empathetic.
