Used this Vet for my dog the last 3 years.. Everything from the yearly "service" checks to a scratch in the eye and getting a tumor removed from her neck. We always had a very positive experience with Valerie and Olaf and the nurses.. They are all competent and friendly. As a side note I am an expat and its never been a problem to communicate in English.

We called in the morning panicking, they reassured us and advised us to go to a bigger hospital. We monitored for an hour, doesn't look serious, called them again to try to get a slot. They forced in a slot for us before lunch. Then suddenly our dog is alright, and we called and cancel. They sounded happy for it rather than sad for losing business. This is a very good thing for us. Thanks for making our day easier with such simple gesture.

I have a cat and i know that accordingly geman law I'm obligated to take care of my pet when it's sick. This clinic adding cost to every invoice. Without clearly noticing me. I visit them after one week and my cat gets "health investigation" even if it was done week ago and cat it absolutely healthy, just needs to get second vaccination. Every time there is a cost of 40 Euro for nothing. I contacted my lawyer and was advised that they need to inform you before hand what exactly will be done and what is the cost of it and if you agree to it. And that without consent the costs are ineffective. Today same thing happened. They say you need to pay this much, without showing for what exactly. You can see it later after you pay. Smart isn't it? Total fraud, wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Same issue happened twice. I mean there is no problem if the cat visits doctor for the first time and needs to be checked. But if he was already checked and needs a second vaccination that would be around 35 Euros they add up 40 Euros for nothing. At the end you always pay about 90 to 100 Euro
