Just moved to Germany and finding a good vet for my Scottish Fold was a top priority. I'm so happy I found this practice! Booking an appointment online was super easy - the system is really straightforward and user friendly. From the moment we walked in, everyone has been so welcoming and genuinely caring. The staff and doctor are amazing about working around schedules, and they communicate in English and Spanish! My German is still pretty basic, so being able to clearly discuss my cat's health needs without the language barrier has been such a relief. The care and attention they give is exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend if you're looking for a vet who truly cares about your pet's wellbeing!

Dr Cavalcanti is an amazing vet : I was on holiday with my cat in Germany and he needed medicine. She got thoroughly involved in understanding his pathology, questionning his treatment and his condition, giving him medicinal herbs to relieve him, asking for new exams when needed and never letting go of understanding what he had. I was so grateful that I extended my stay so that she could take care of my cat until we were sure he was ok. He his doing much better now thanks to Dr Cavalcanti and I would go back without any hesitation !
