I got an appointment within an hour. The assistants were all friendly. The doctor was incredibly empathetic toward both animals and people. She explained the options to me without simply trying to sell me on them. The consultation fee was also absolutely reasonable. I highly recommend this practice!

This veterinary practice is truly special. From the very first moment, you feel not only professionally cared for, but also genuinely understood. The friendliness, warmth, and expertise of the entire team provide a sense of security, especially during difficult times. The family atmosphere and genuine care were particularly wonderful – the veterinarian proactively inquired about the dog's condition. We are consistently thrilled with the care our little Westie receives. The entire team is loving, patient, and incredibly attentive – you never feel rushed, but rather given the time that is truly needed. Lots of cuddles help build a wonderful bond with the dog. They also take time for the owners, reliably and thoroughly answering any questions. Every single step of the treatment is explained clearly, allowing us, as owners, to relax and be present. And if we do happen to lose our composure, the team immediately responds with understanding and offers support. We greatly appreciate the honest and open communication – they'll even point out if something isn't going perfectly and offer solutions right away. It's a fantastic veterinary practice with an outstanding team, and we're happy to travel a bit further to see them. We feel that our Luna is receiving the best possible care here.
