We are consistently thrilled with the care our little Westie receives. The entire team is loving, patient, and incredibly attentive – you never feel rushed, but rather given the time that is truly needed. Lots of cuddles help build a wonderful bond with the dog. They also take time for the owners, reliably and thoroughly answering any questions. Every single step of the treatment is explained clearly, allowing us, as owners, to relax and be present. And if we do happen to lose our composure, the team immediately responds with understanding and offers support. We greatly appreciate the honest and open communication – they'll even point out if something isn't going perfectly and offer solutions right away. It's a fantastic veterinary practice with an outstanding team, and we're happy to travel a bit further to see them. We feel that our Luna is receiving the best possible care here. Yesterday was my first time taking my rabbit there for spaying, and I have to say I felt very comfortable from the start. The vets and assistants are fantastic. Super empathetic, warm, and understanding. No stress at all, and everything ran smoothly.

I'm very satisfied. The vets are competent and friendly, and they speak frankly if you want them to. There are plenty of vets who treat the poor animal like a guinea pig to try out countless things. That's not the case here, and respect for life is paramount. Competence, friendliness, and directness are what I expect from my vet. Super friendly staff is, of course, also a must. Now all that's needed are friendly and sensible owners, and everything will be perfect. The animals already are, anyway. ❤️
