We took our kitten to Dr. Cöster and would like to thank her sincerely. She was competent and empathetic. She also took the time to give my son some tips and answer his questions. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and the reception at the practice was friendly.

It was our first time there. I mentioned his anxieties at reception, and they addressed them immediately. The appointment went very well. The treatment and consultation were excellent. We and our dog felt very well cared for. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, very disappointing. Our youngest dog needs two baby teeth extracted. We specifically called ahead to ask if we could be present while she woke up after the anesthesia. We then agreed to the appointment for a preliminary examination. After a 20-minute wait, when we finally arrived at our scheduled appointment time, the vet knew nothing about what had already been discussed over the phone. She briefly examined our dog, and when we brought it up again that we would like to be present while she woke up, this was completely refused. Our dog is not even 7 months old and is not used to being alone, as we have four dogs and she always has someone from the pack to cuddle with. Besides, it's a really minor procedure to extract two baby teeth. Five years ago, we were allowed to be present at this practice after our male dog was neutered. We like to take the time for our animals and, of course, waited until our dog was fully awake and able to walk out of the practice on her own. We are particularly disappointed because it was agreed differently over the phone. We have now paid 40 euros for a pointless preliminary examination that only lasted 5 minutes, and we wasted over an hour.
