We've always been customers there and have always been very satisfied. Appointments are always kept, and you receive an email immediately about the appointment and billing, plus a reminder the day before. Our cat had a partial ear amputation. We were very happy with the entire treatment, and our cat went through it all without fear, which is of course thanks to the vet and the friendly staff.
