I am writing this review to raise awareness among other pet owners. On July 2, 2024, I took my dog ​​to this veterinary practice. My dog ​​was suffering from cancer, but was treated here for a thyroid issue. According to the practice, additional tests were performed, about which I was not informed at the time. To this day, I have received neither the results nor an explanation for these alleged additional tests. My dog ​​was subsequently treated at another clinic and sadly passed away in April 2025. It was all the more surprising, then, to receive an invoice almost two years later – on January 4, 2026 – including late fees for alleged tests from 2024. During all my visits, I always paid the invoices in full immediately on site. I was unaware of any outstanding charges. Although I ultimately paid the invoice for personal reasons, this practice leaves a very bad impression. I believe transparent communication, especially regarding additional tests and costs, is absolutely essential. I hope this practice will be more careful with information, documentation, and billing in the future. This review is not intended as a personal attack, but rather to encourage other pet owners to ask detailed questions and have everything confirmed in writing.
