We took our cat Chaos to Dr. Tunkel today. We were very impressed with her; she took her time, was wonderful with our beloved pet, and explained everything perfectly. She even let us decide on the medication, as the injection was more expensive than the tablets. Simply fantastic! A huge thank you to this practice!
Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied here. I felt that my concerns weren't properly listened to – consequently, my cat kept having recurring problems. At one appointment, we weren't even in the consultation room for a full minute before being dismissed with the words "everything's fine." And for this "consultation," I was then charged €50.
We visited your store today at 3:50 p.m. because we needed tick medication for our cat. Unfortunately, it was already closed, even though the stated opening hours were until 4:00 p.m. At the door, a young woman approached us and informed us that they had closed early today.
