Last night, Dr. Arnold spontaneously came out to our house to end our dog's suffering at home! No one could be more kind or compassionate. Dr. Arnold and her assistant helped us through the most difficult hours of our lives, stood by us, and made us feel safe and secure. We are simply happy, grateful, and relieved that we made this choice. Thank you so much, From Noha (in our hearts) and family ❤️🐶🌈

We arrived at this clinic in a very tense state after another veterinarian had given our dog a serious heart diagnosis, leaving us very worried. We were terrified and prepared to have any test done. The vet calmly reviewed the scans, explained everything clearly, and quickly reassured us – it turned out that everything was fine. This was later confirmed by other specialists. It was an enormous relief for us. We especially appreciate the honesty and professionalism: no unnecessary tests were recommended; instead, the situation was explained calmly and competently. Thank you so much for your kind manner and for making us feel that the animal's well-being is truly the priority here.

We and our (now four) cats 😁 have been loyal, reliable, and VERY frequent customers for a long time 🤣🤣👍 The entire team is simply wonderful, friendly, and incredibly helpful! It was, as always, a Saturday afternoon, and Kim's freakish uterus wasn't going anywhere. She received a super friendly welcome, was super well-informed, and explained what was happening to Kim. She underwent surgery immediately, received a phone call after the surgery, and was picked up alive Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. I simply say: Thank you so much for the super-kind treatment and everything that goes with it.
