I took my cat to the vet in early March, the first time being in November 2025. In December, I also took him to the AniCura 1 veterinary clinic, which I mentioned to the vet in Vlotho. He was having trouble defecating, and they discovered crystals in his bladder. I wonder why they weren't flushed out, as such a finding is critical for a cat. The vets should know this, but they didn't help me. After his condition worsened, I was turned away after three visits to the vet and told to go to Bielefeld or Herford. When things get difficult, you're left to fend for yourself. And now my little friend is dead. Perhaps they could have helped him if he had received the right treatment. At almost four years old, Klaus was still a young cat. But these days, it seems it's no longer about the animal's well-being, but only about making money. Thank you for your feedback. I almost suspected as much; it's unbelievable when you know an animal can carry these symptoms around for almost five months. But that doesn't mean the little guy is coming back. He was more than just a cat, as his vet said. He was a member of the family, full of the joy of life.

Yesterday, I took my cat to the vet's office without calling ahead or making an appointment. After a short wait, as there were many other patients, my cat received immediate care. The staff also explained in detail what was wrong with my cat and how it would be treated. The entire team is incredibly friendly and helpful; I highly recommend them. In my opinion, it's the best veterinary practice in the area!
