I have now had three horses treated at the Röntorf Equine Clinic, both as outpatients and inpatients, and I can only report positive experiences. The entire veterinary team is outstanding. Their lameness diagnostics are state-of-the-art, and what I particularly appreciate is that they never try to sell you anything you don't need. The treatment is entirely focused on the horse's well-being. You can feel this in every conversation. I would especially like to commend Dr. Rottmann, who is not only an absolute expert in his field but also works with remarkable empathy. Laura Nievert, Sina Sarikouch, and the rest of the team also provided us with competent and warm care at all times. Appointments were always easy to schedule and could even be arranged at short notice. This is a clinic I would entrust my horses to again without hesitation.

My stallion was castrated there. €850 including medication and one or two nights' accommodation 🤔 But I think that's perfectly reasonable! Here, the vet charges around €650 for castration at the stable! The wound healed so quickly that he was allowed out of his stall rest sooner than expected! Very clean and well done! 👍🏼

Even though my horse ultimately couldn't be saved, I would like to thank you for the prompt surgery and the kind and empathetic follow-up care. Even weeks later, Dr. Zöttl still took the time to answer my questions. A very good clinic with outstanding specialists at all levels. Highly recommended!
