Our cat Sally is almost six years old and fit and healthy, so we only need to come in once a year for her vaccinations. However, I have nothing but positive things to say about these visits. For example, I think the separate waiting rooms for cats and dogs are very well thought out; it's much more relaxing for the animals. I also think it's wonderful that you can put the cat carriers on shelves so they don't have to be on the floor. But the best thing is all the staff! They are so kind and considerate; Sally is always wonderfully cared for, examined, and vaccinated. We feel very well looked after here! Thank you to the fantastic team!

Dr. Finke is incredibly kind to our Maltipoo. We went to another vet today because our usual practice was closed for vacation, and based on my experience, I can say I really like Dr. Finke's practice. You get a pager to signal when you're waiting, which minimizes the risk of infection. In my previous experience, I had to wait in the waiting room with other animals when I suspected kennel cough. I'm not sure that makes sense. Our Maltipoo is our first dog, and we've already had to go to Dr. Finke's walk-in clinic twice (in hindsight, due to lack of experience, not because it was an emergency) – and even then, we were taken seriously and treated kindly. The staff are all very lovely, too. We've never waited longer than 20 minutes, and we've never needed an appointment. Because of Dr. Finke's empathy with our Hannes, I would always choose this practice.
