I called this office and was very happy with how friendly this veterinarian was. She also speaks English, which is helpful for me, as when i get stressed, it is not very easy to speak in German. My friend took the ir dog to her. She diagnosed the dog and was spot on. With out doing blood work .unfortunately she had to go on vacation. But I gave a recommendation where to take the dog.

We took my mother's dog to the emergency vet clinic today (it's a public holiday). The woman on the phone was very nice. We were able to get in within an hour. The receptionist was very kind and friendly! After five minutes, we were called into the examination room. The vet took her time and examined the dog thoroughly. She handled the dog very gently. We received quick and excellent care! Thank you!

A fantastic vet with such a friendly team. She takes her time and is extremely competent. Where others gave my pug incorrect diagnoses (and were even more expensive), she was right from the start and did everything else to ensure the correct treatment. I'm so glad I found her.
