Reviews
TOP!
Very good service, very good in general.
What a fantastic team of doctors! So empathetic and highly competent! We always feel very well cared for, taken seriously, and given excellent advice! The general consultation hours are outstanding if you don't want to wait long for a consultation regarding a symptom. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice to everyone.
Ana C., Alina K., and Magdalena K. provided perfect, sensitive care to our Labrador, Baghira, after he was bitten on the ear. With their expertise and boundless patience, both dog and owner went home very satisfied, confident that they would definitely come back. Many thanks! Klaus and Baghira
Unfortunately, I cannot give this practice a positive review. My dog was neutered here when he was about a year old. X-rays were also taken that day, which, according to the vet, showed no abnormalities. About a year later, a large tumor was discovered in my dog, who was only two years old at the time. Due to his condition, we were referred to a veterinary clinic. What still troubles me is how such a large tumor could have developed within that short period. While I was repeatedly told at the practice that there could be no connection to the neutering, a veterinarian at the clinic was much more cautious and didn't want to categorically rule out a connection. Ultimately, the tumor had progressed so far that we had to have our dog euthanized. This was a devastating loss for our family. I can't assess whether and what kind of connection existed between the surgery and the subsequent illness. Nevertheless, many questions remain unanswered, and I don't feel sufficiently informed by the answers I received. For this reason, I no longer trust this practice and would never go near your practice again for anything in the world!
