I've rarely experienced such loving veterinarians (and team) who take as much time as needed during each visit. We've been coming here for quite some time and, unfortunately, have had to bring our dog in several times with various "problems." Each time, they approached our dog calmly and gently, trying to help him quickly. Every time, they've always tried to minimize the "effort" so as not to stress my dog ​​any further than he already is. They approach each situation with great sensitivity. I haven't found this calmness, patience, compassion, and deep love for animals in any other practice – and we've been to quite a few in Cologne and Hürth. I've already recommended the practice to several friends, and they are all incredibly satisfied and know they are in absolutely the right hands. Many thanks to the Hollunder & Rohde veterinary practice and especially to the surgical team! A perfect 10 out of 10 for us! Our dog was admitted as an emergency case with a splenic tumor at 8:15 a.m. and had already undergone successful surgery by 10:15 a.m. The entire team was quick, competent, exceptionally well-organized, and very empathetic and understanding. Two days after the emergency surgery, our dog is doing well, all things considered, and the surgical scar has healed beautifully. A huge thank you to the surgical team and the entire practice. We felt completely at ease at all times and can wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

We've been taking our dog to this practice since the beginning and always feel we're in excellent hands. The entire team is incredibly friendly and competent, and they take plenty of time for the animals and their owners. Our dog actually enjoys coming here. That says it all. We especially appreciate the calm and loving way in which the animals' needs are addressed. Questions are answered clearly, and you never feel rushed. I've been taking my dog ​​to Dr. Rohde for treatment for allergies for some time now. I've had nothing but positive experiences. She's incredibly kind, competent, and handles my dog ​​with loving care. I always feel that she takes her time for me and takes my concerns very seriously. As for the team of assistants, I can only say one thing: fantastic! Everyone is always friendly, and whenever possible, they take a little extra time for me and my dog. It's always a pleasure to talk to her on the phone, whether it's to reschedule an appointment (which you can also do yourself via the app) or order medication. Of course, I have had to wait a bit longer on occasion, even though I had an appointment. But I understand that, as emergencies can happen, and I would be glad if my pet could be seen immediately in an emergency. In those cases, I'm happy to wait a little longer. However, in my opinion, that's rather the exception. Payment is completely hassle-free. You pay on-site and receive the invoice by email.
