The change to Ms. Anani was new to me, and I was immediately welcomed into a very pleasant, relaxed, yet professional atmosphere. My dog ​​received her usual treatment, and I received honest and respectful advice. Throughout the entire process, I felt that both my dog ​​and I, as her owner, were treated with care and respect. I felt very well looked after. My dog ​​wasn't too thrilled about the injection, but the treats afterward quickly made up for it. I was particularly impressed by Ms. Anani's use of modern medical techniques and her willingness to take the time to explain everything clearly. Thank you so much for the excellent care. I will gladly return with my dog ​​and my other dog.
