On the second day of our vacation, our poodle had an infection. We were able to come in immediately, and they were very helpful. I would gladly go back, but I hope we won't have to. Many thanks to the practice team for their excellent help.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely exceptional dedication – top-notch both personally and professionally We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Thomas Friedrich, DVM. After calling another veterinarian's emergency hotline and being told definitively that no veterinarian was on call that day, that no one would answer, and that we should contact a clinic in Vorarlberg or Germany (including the suggestion that we complain to the authorities about insufficient funding), we were, frankly, completely desperate. The emergency numbers they provided only played a recorded message – no help, no response. Then we called Thomas Friedrich – and he answered on the first try. No discussion, no excuses. He immediately drove to the practice and took in and treated our pet. Such dedication is anything but a given. Here you can tell that someone doesn't just practice their profession, but lives it – with responsibility, empathy, and genuine love for animals. We are certain: A veterinarian you can truly rely on in an emergency. Thank you so much for this exceptional service!
