Very helpful and kind people. We had a problem during our holidays, fortunately we got excellent treatment for our dog.

We had to bring our Labrador to the veterinary practice while on vacation due to acute symptoms. We received immediate, competent, calm, and very empathetic care. After calling another veterinarian's emergency hotline and being told definitively that no veterinarian was on call that day, that no one would answer, and that we should contact a clinic in Vorarlberg or Germany (including the suggestion that we complain to the authorities about insufficient funding), we were, frankly, completely desperate. The emergency numbers they provided only played a recorded message – no help, no response. Then we called Thomas Friedrich – and he answered on the first try. No discussion, no excuses. He immediately drove to the practice and took in and treated our pet. Such dedication is anything but a given. Here you can tell that someone doesn't just practice their profession, but lives it – with responsibility, empathy, and genuine love for animals.
