An incredibly good vet. All three of my cats are very happy. She took plenty of time and gave excellent advice.

We were vacationing with our Chihuahua as an emergency. We were very pleasantly surprised by how kindly and caringly we were treated. Ms. Schumann is a fantastic doctor whom we would recommend at any time. Thanks to her and the swift assistance of the entire team, we were able to continue our vacation. We were fortunate enough to spend almost 17 years with our grandpa, and we've known this practice for just as long. Whether it was treating a food allergy, a routine check-up, the short-term care of "battle scars," or the increasing signs of aging over the course of his life – we and our grandpa could always count on the practice team – especially Ms. Dagmar Röders. This wonderful practice is characterized by competence, empathy, and friendliness, as well as honesty, confidence, and support in difficult times. Even after more than a year – a big thank you again for the years of loving care for our little friend.

Of course, it's incredibly difficult to have to let go of a loyal four-legged companion. The veterinarians, Ms. Röders and Ms. Langas, did everything they could to help my beloved pet. I am so grateful for that, and also for their compassion. The entire team deserves more than 5 stars for their care. Unfortunately, it wasn't successful. Ms. Röders came to my house and very gently euthanized Lucy. I found this quite remarkable because she suddenly opened the balcony door. I asked in disbelief... "So that her soul can go to doggy heaven." I certainly can't speak for other veterinarians, but for this practice, it's a wonderful team, empathetic towards people as well. Many thanks.
