I had to call the vet last night as part of an emergency. She gave me a quick and ultimately accurate diagnosis over the phone based on my description of the symptoms. While I was rushing from Munster to the vet clinic in Lüneburg with our dog at 12:30 a.m., she had already arranged everything for an emergency surgery for gastric torsion over the phone. Dr. J. briefly informed me of the decisions that now lay ahead, clearly, honestly, and yet sensitively. The emergency surgery was performed successfully. Thank you so much for everything!

We were passing through when our little dog became seriously ill during the night. We were able to bring him to the practice as an emergency the next morning. Ms. Johanshon and her team did everything they could to save our dog's life and are taking excellent care of him. Thank you so much for your tremendous dedication and your great empathy!
