I was just there with our 18-year-old cat. Our regular vet, Dr. Niederhofer, wasn't here today, so we came to this practice. A complete waste of time. We were assured on the phone that it would be no problem to put him down, which isn't what the vet wants; they're just trying to make money off a half-dead animal. Since I didn't have any test results with me, she wanted to redo everything, which of course involves costs. Not with me; I can't put the cat through that anymore. They'll never see me again.
