Reviews
I visited Ms. Fronz the day before New Year's Eve during my vacation due to acute symptoms affecting my two dogs, and I can highly recommend her. After scheduling an appointment by phone, I was able to get an appointment within two hours, was seen very quickly, and received fast, pragmatic, needs-based, and effective help, demonstrating a proactive approach and open, good communication. I wholeheartedly recommend her!
I can highly recommend this veterinarian! I don't have a pet myself; I contacted the practice because I found a hedgehog in distress that needed help. I was able to get an appointment at short notice that same day, and the vet took wonderful care of the little hedgehog. She also went to great lengths to organize further assistance for the hedgehog. She is truly dedicated, and you could tell that she has a real heart for animals. If I had a pet, I would definitely take it to her as well. Thank you for your help and efforts!
After our long-time veterinarian retired, we chose this practice. We made an appointment for our cat's annual vaccination. At the appointment, we were informed that the vaccine had been unavailable for some time – something they couldn't have told us beforehand, despite our appointment! To avoid a wasted trip, I agreed to a checkup. During this checkup, I was told that our cat needed at least three or four teeth removed, as the vet claimed he was in severe pain. An operation was scheduled as soon as possible. I was shocked, as our cat showed no signs of pain or difficulty eating, and never had. Fortunately, we sought a second opinion at a veterinary clinic, which determined that no teeth needed to be extracted and that his gums were not inflamed. Thankfully, this was a relief for both us and our cat, as we were able to spare him this ordeal. Furthermore, the vaccination could be administered there, as they had the vaccine in stock. I'm afraid this is a quick way to make money at our expense, not for the animal's well-being. The fact that they showed me the areas and their "repair attempts" isn't quite right either! I sat at least two meters away from my pet throughout the entire treatment and couldn't see their teeth at all. Besides, animals in pain would surely show symptoms like poor appetite, head tilt, drooling, etc., but they didn't ask about that. Well, everyone has a bad day now and then…
She always treats animals with love. She has my complete trust.
A very dedicated veterinarian, competent and caring. Our kittens were very ill, and I believe they both would have died without Ms. Fronz. Now they are doing well again! Thank you so much for the treatment and your flexibility, as well as for your dedication, which far exceeded expectations.
