Kleintierpraxis Waldheim

Everything was great! The staff is incredible. They helped my hamster, prescribed medication, and it wasn't expensive at all compared to other hospitals. I don't speak German very well, so they spoke to me in English and explained everything very clearly.

I am absolutely thrilled with this practice. They are friendly, accommodating, and very empathetic towards the animals. They actually managed to trim my dog's claws here – something others couldn't do! My dog was, as always, very stressed, but they were very understanding and gradually she calmed down. No more bruising now, though... We also received very competent advice regarding her eye problem. I can only recommend going here. I've been searching for a practice like this since I moved here in 2017 – like looking for a needle in a haystack! Keep up the good work... I think it's fantastic here and I feel very well cared for!

Today I was truly delighted. After a long time, I've finally found a practice I can trust again, where I felt completely at ease from the very first moment. The entire team and the assistants were incredibly friendly, attentive, and empathetic. You can immediately tell that they work with heart. I would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful care. We felt very, very well looked after throughout our entire visit and will definitely be back. This is a practice I will wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you so much for everything!

For years, I've consistently returned to this veterinary practice whenever my cats are unwell. Even though it's a bit of a drive, we gladly make the trip. The team is wonderful, empathetic, and competent. The treatments are explained clearly and understandably, so you never get the feeling that it's just about making money. We feel very comfortable here and can wholeheartedly recommend the practice. My cats and I agree: if we have to go to the vet, this is the place to go.

A very professional and welcoming practice. They provided us with very empathetic support. The staff were also very friendly – both on the phone and in person.
