Kleintierpraxis Waldheim - Dr. Fabian Engelke

A pleasant, small practice with very friendly staff. My two cats felt well cared for by the ladies who treated them. Excellent first impression.

Today I took Hans to Dr. Thorud-Engelke's small animal practice for his vaccinations. As always, I'm very impressed... My American Akita is very sensitive, but Dr. Thorud-Engelke and her professional assistant, Ms. Cöster, did a fantastic job. Hans even let them scrape off his tartar without a peep... Many thanks from Hans as well.

Everyone who works there is incredibly nice. The vets are extremely dedicated, very empathetic, and never do anything unnecessary. Nail trimming, for example, is done quickly and doesn't appear on the bill. I know other practices where that's not the case. I have complete confidence in this practice.

We had our two male cats neutered yesterday at the Waldheim Small Animal Clinic and are more than satisfied. From scheduling the appointment to picking them up, everything went smoothly and was very informative, and our cats are already looking great again today. A big thank you to the entire team for making both our two-legged and four-legged companions feel so well cared for at all times.

I had my 15-year-old cat Millie undergo dental surgery at this practice after a rather negative experience at another one. I am very grateful for the care, patience, kindness, and empathy of Dr. Engelke and his entire team. My concerns were taken seriously, and I received excellent advice. The surgery went very well, and I could always call if I had any questions. I'm so glad I switched to this practice. Millie and I send our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Engelke and his team! 😉
