A veterinarian who gives his best, whether it's for Jinni or Simba, or for the sad story of saying goodbye to our family. I am so happy that such a wonderful veterinarian exists, and I am deeply grateful to his team for being there.

My dog ​​suddenly developed a huge lump on his hind leg. I called several vets and finally got an appointment here for the same day. He received excellent care and quick treatment. We are all happy, relieved, and most importantly, healthy again :) Thank you!!!

We were here on Saturday with our emergency (a bite in the eye) – we felt very well cared for, considering the circumstances. Dr. Miebach and his team were calm and professional – exactly what I needed. The check-up the following Monday was just as good – I found it remarkable that Dr. Miebach clearly still remembered what had happened and how the treatment had been administered. We were also able to discuss an unrelated incidental finding. We were informed in advance about the additional emergency costs – I found the costs completely reasonable for an emergency on a Saturday and no different from those charged by other veterinarians. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Miebach and would definitely go back to him if our usual veterinarian is unavailable. Many thanks again to the entire practice team and all the best for the future.

The consultation was professionally sound. However, I can't give it 5 stars. I personally felt very uncomfortable. The vet was anything but friendly. Okay, a vet doesn't necessarily have to be friendly to people, but a little more courtesy would be expected. It was my first time there, and at the end, I was told I had to pay the bill immediately upfront, or was I Mrs. Mehnert, the one who caused trouble when paying the last bill? Sorry, no, I wasn't! I always pay my bills, and this was my first time at this practice with my cat, but it will definitely be my last.

I was there on Saturday with a cat suspected of having an ear infection and was slapped on the stool when I paid. €297 for the examination and two medications. This should have been communicated in advance.
