I have my cat treated there :) Great team, super service ^^… The opening hours are always good and especially long for shift workers ^^… Parking is in the courtyard ^^

Excellent care. Everyone is friendly and helpful. My dog still enjoys going there despite the injections.

Thank you so much for your consistently friendly manner and the wonderful way you treat our furry friend. We feel very comfortable and have finally found "OUR" veterinarian. Even though our little one is so energetic, the doctor and the nurses are incredibly kind and calm.

One star – but only so I can write this review. This vet is clearly not up-to-date with current medical knowledge. Dachshunds can get illnesses other than just back problems. A fatal misdiagnosis was made, leading to incorrect treatment. A blood test was only performed after I insisted. The result was catastrophic. Terrible values. The treatment: prescription diet food!!! His condition deteriorated rapidly. My pleas for help (emails and repeated phone calls) went unanswered. So much for "we'll get back to you immediately!" Then, 18 km away in Nossen, we found a very competent vet. Our Eddy was thoroughly examined. Blood test, ultrasound, X-ray... We're so glad we made the slightly longer trip...

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. My cat was brought in after an epileptic seizure. Following a blood test, she was diagnosed with diabetes and started insulin therapy. After the first insulin dose, my cat's condition deteriorated significantly, which was very worrying for me. The following day, I went to a different veterinary practice. There, two independent veterinarians evaluated the existing lab results as well as new blood tests. Both concluded that the results were not indicative of diabetes, but rather pointed to a serious liver condition. This assessment was further confirmed by a specialist in treating cats with diabetes. This not only resulted in additional costs for me, but also considerable stress and great concern for my pet's health. The question of whether the initiated treatment was based on an accurate diagnosis was particularly distressing. Although I did eventually receive a response to my complaint, it did not alleviate my concerns. Therefore, I am unfortunately dissatisfied with the treatment and how my situation was handled. This is my personal experience with this practice.
