He was extremely annoyed that I had "bothered" him outside of office hours; he had no compassion for supposedly invasive animals (in this case, an apathetic black squirrel, which is a native species!). I should have just left it alone! He didn't even bother to let me know when I asked, and when I inquired about it and expressed my concern, he was incredibly rude and said it would have been over immediately... Unbelievable! Never again! Unfortunately, zero stars isn't an option.
