I am amazed with the kindness and helpfulness we had today. Our two small dogs got attacked yesterday by two unleashed big dogs. We are on a roadtrip and now heading back home to Finland. We stayed one night in Austria and were supposed to leave early in the morning towards north. Our one dog was bitten very badly. With the help of our kind hostess we got in contact with the veterinarian. She was willing to help us even though the clinic wasn't even open. First in the evening and then again in the morning. We are so grateful for her help.🙏
This was our third time visiting the vet here and we highly recommend them! We live in Berlin and love to come to Zell am See for holidays with our two large dogs. The first time (in 2022), they so kindly helped with a pink eye infection that our Boxer had. Last year, we brought them here for their annual exam, bloodwork, and vaccines. The vets noticed something in their bloodwork and suggested a change in their food. We returned today for another annual appointment including blood work, vaccines, and an ultrasound for both dogs. We really appreciate how attentive Dr. Höflinger is. Due to the older ages of both dogs, she suggested the ultrasound. This practice is very convenient as they can do everything in the office and they are very friendly. It was also great to get the bloodwork results back within 20 minutes. Thank you to this practice for your wonderful care and we will see each other again in the future.
The doctor who owns the place did not seem very nice or friendly but heard he is very good with surgeries. However other than that the customer service and handling of patients from other doctors side and reception ( particularly speaking of the Polish doctor ) was excellent. The lady came to see my dog on her day of just because she knew it would be more comfortable to see her rather than the other doctor. I also her good opinions about her from a colleague of mine who used to treat her cat there.
Took our two dogs (Coco and Bailey) here to complete their AHCs to return to the UK. All staff were friendly and professional, and there were no problems with the dogs taking their worming tablets. Would highly recommend!
Very kind and professional. Would recommend to everyone, especially tourists who only speak English. They opened for us Sunday evening. Thank you!
