Very friendly
We were greeted with disinterest and apathy at our appointment. We were there to have my dog's nails trimmed, and the vet showed absolutely no empathy towards my dog. He pulled forcefully on his legs, causing him pain as his leg was twisted and lifted into the air. My pleas of "Stop, that's enough! Please stop!" were ignored, and he wouldn't let go. We were charged €35 (and received no receipt). Compared to our trusted vet, this treatment was an absolute nightmare! In retrospect: Thanks to this treatment, our dog is now terrified of having his nails trimmed and starts growling! Before, our dog never exhibited these behaviors; he was always relaxed, and everything went smoothly.
A very friendly man who took care of our dog's broken claw very quickly. He kindly explained what exactly happened. He took care of the injury quickly without making a big fuss. We got an appointment spontaneously an hour after calling. Can recommend him!
