Good service and good prices.
A very kind and helpful veterinarian who helped us immediately in our time of need. We needed antibiotics and were able to pick them up the very next day. She immediately understood the condition and gave us tips for additional treatment. Our vacation was saved! Thank you so much again! ❤️
Although Ms. Yaldez couldn't have prevented my dog from being euthanized, she not only examined him using an obviously incorrect method, but also misdiagnosed him and gave a completely unprofessional recommendation for (non-)treatment, all for an outrageous price considering the time and effort involved. My dog had a large tumor on his spleen that was leaking blood, making him appear very bloated. Instead of examining him with an ultrasound, Ms. Yaldez x-rayed him, which, of course, revealed nothing. The diagnosis was then an upset stomach, and we were sent home with a painkiller injection. Only when the symptoms reappeared three days later, and I went to another veterinarian who immediately saw that my dog was dying, did we realize what was happening. Unfortunately, there was nothing more that could be done for my dog, but I find it irresponsible to entrust one's animal in an emergency to an absolutely incompetent veterinarian like Ms. Yaldez, so that she can profit from the suffering of animals and their owners through her negligent treatment. Ms. Yaldes is a very nice person and I would have liked to give her a positive review, but a veterinarian who doesn't recognize a dying animal is, in my opinion, incompetent in that profession.
We were there today with our dog, who had a sore paw. We received a very friendly welcome. Our dog was examined very carefully and carefully. All in all, we were very satisfied and would come back anytime.
Dr. Yaldez has now helped us three times – even though we're only in the area on vacation. We visited her twice with our dog a few years ago and were impressed each time by her calm, competent, and warm manner. This time, too, she took plenty of time, thoroughly examined our dog Merlin, and explained everything clearly. You can immediately tell that she's not only highly skilled but also truly dedicated. Despite our last-minute request, Dr. Yaldez was able to schedule an appointment for us quickly – which isn't always the case. We are very grateful to her and can wholeheartedly recommend her. Thank you so much for the prompt help and the loving care – we'll gladly come back again!
