We would like to sincerely thank the Berchtesgadener Land Veterinary Center for the professional treatment of our dog, Aysa. Our 11-year-old Siberian Husky was diagnosed with a mammary tumor. At the clinic, she was examined very thoroughly, everything was explained clearly, and the surgery was performed quickly and professionally. The entire team was very friendly, calm, and competent. Their extensive experience and excellent organization were immediately apparent. We were particularly impressed by their gentle handling of the animals and the detailed explanations provided after the surgery. Our dog recovered very well from the operation and was already active and had a good appetite the very next day – this was the most important sign for us. Many thanks to the veterinarians and the entire team for the outstanding care. We can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. Despite a confirmed surgery appointment through Petleo and additional confirmation via email, the clinic was in complete chaos. I was called in at a time when, according to the clinic, no surgery appointment was scheduled, waited for over an hour without any information, and was ultimately forgotten. Things only started moving again after I took matters into my own hands. Due to a system failure, apparently no one was responsible or willing to take the time to help. Questions about the spaying procedure were answered superficially or not at all, and I was denied a consultation with the surgeon in charge, despite the potential risks. Overall, I felt more like a nuisance than a patient. My cat was handled with little sensitivity and was very stressful for her. Although the entire procedure could easily have been completed in an hour, I spent the entire morning at the clinic. Furthermore, the spaying procedure, which was ultimately not performed, was significantly overpriced at €340 compared to other veterinary clinics. The way my cat was handled was also very stressful for her. I felt neither taken seriously nor well cared for, and I will not be visiting this veterinary clinic again. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to others either.

Many thanks to the entire team at the Vet Center! Our 12-year-old dog, Lila, had surgery there by Dr. Schöllhorn, and we felt well cared for from the very beginning. The care was competent, calm, and very empathetic, with perfect diagnostics (blood work, X-rays, ultrasound, and CT scan). Everything was explained clearly, and the aftercare was equally professional. What other veterinary practice offers a comprehensive blood test within 20 minutes? A special thank you to the staff member who was so kind and organized cat paste especially for Lila. It really motivated her and brought her out of her post-operative trance. If there were 10 stars, I would gladly give 11. Our first visit to the clinic proved to be extremely successful. Both we, the dog owners, and my dog ​​received very empathetic, courteous, friendly, and competent advice and treatment from the entire team. The surgery on my dog ​​left a rather large scar, which was certainly painful for my Zenzi. However, by the very next day, she was back to her usual energetic self. So far, there have been no complications; on the contrary, my Giant Schnauzer is feeling fantastic. The clinic even proactively offers very thoughtful follow-up phone calls to check if everything is truly alright. I am more than happy to know my dog ​​is in such excellent hands. I can wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone reading this.
