A fantastic veterinarian who does everything to ensure the animals are well cared for.

I had my cat spayed at this veterinary practice. Unfortunately, it later turned out that the procedure wasn't completed – apparently, only one ovary was removed, while the other remained. This resulted in my cat continuing to go into heat, and ultimately, a second operation with a different veterinarian was necessary. I found it particularly disappointing that I wasn't informed about this at all. I was simply told that the cat had been spayed. The way the cat was handled after the surgery was also questionable, as I was given the cat while still under anesthesia without sufficient information about its further care. Overall, I didn't feel well cared for or adequately informed. I would have appreciated more diligence, transparency, and clear explanations.

The vet is simply amazing!!! She's truly passionate about animals; she understands the meaning of empathy for both the animal and its owner. I would give her more than 5 stars if that were possible. My first choice is always Dr. Kubi's practice; they treat animals with heart. Thank you for everything so far! 🫶🫶
