Louis-Prosper Kovanah Tierarzt

We "happened" to be at Dr. Kovanah's practice today with our rabbit, as he was on call and we needed a vet outside of our regular practice's hours. We received a warm welcome, were allowed to tell our story, and were treated with great patience. My impression was that this is a practice where the animals' well-being is paramount, and that's the most important thing for me in a veterinarian.

The hygienic conditions in this practice are unacceptable. Other animals are kept in cages in the treatment room, which have simply been placed on the floor. After surgery, there's no neck brace, bandage, etc., which leads to severe soiling and infections. Furthermore, the diagnosis given to our pet was completely wrong once; even a layperson could see that. I'd rather pay a bit more for proper treatment.

I was very satisfied with the treatment.

We adopted two kittens, supposedly female, from the attached shelter at this veterinary practice. Unfortunately, both animals were handed over to us sick. A subsequent veterinarian discovered that one of the "female" kittens was actually a male. This misinformation, along with the animals' poor health, left us very disappointed. Furthermore, the practice and the shelter appear neglected and have a strong odor of urine. Overall, we felt untrustworthy and will definitely not be returning there with our cats.

We are more than satisfied with Mr. Kovanah's veterinary practice in Waldmünchen. It's immediately clear that the animals' well-being is his top priority. I would particularly like to highlight: Great flexibility: Mr. Kovanah is incredibly accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. Warm and welcoming team: A big thank you also goes to his wife, who provides invaluable support at the practice. They are a well-coordinated team, and the warm and friendly atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Competent treatment: The consultations are honest, direct, and highly professional. Our pet is in the best hands there. Anyone looking for a veterinarian with both heart and expertise will find exactly what they need here. Thank you so much for the wonderful care!
