Met unfrendly man there. I have asked him, can we feed lamas by apples, and he answered, that it is forbidden to come inside and ask, it's privat territory. So I didn't guess, how to ask, can you feed animal, if you stand outside)).
Extremely unprofessional and deeply disappointing experience. My dog Luna (German Shorthaired Pointer mix with brown Labrador) suffered from months of severe breathing difficulties and persistent coughing. Despite numerous consultations, lung X-rays, ultrasound examinations, and repeated visits, the actual diagnosis – lung cancer – was completely missed. Instead of properly investigating the cause or addressing Luna’s obvious pain and distress, she was repeatedly prescribed antibiotics over and over again, supposedly to “treat the cough.” No adequate pain management, no escalation, no sense of urgency. Looking back, this was not only negligent but caused my dog unnecessary suffering. The symptoms were serious and ongoing. Yet when it truly mattered, the practice failed to recognize a life-threatening condition. Additional issues: Excessively long waiting times An impatient and dismissive practice owner Incompetent and poorly organized staff Very high bills, especially considering that over many years of visits my dogs were always told they had “nothing” – and when there finally was a real and serious issue, it went unnoticed My conclusion: For very basic routine tasks such as ear cleaning or prescribing deworming medication, this practice may be adequate. For anything beyond that – diagnostics, chronic symptoms, or serious medical conditions – I strongly advise keeping your hands off and going elsewhere. I deeply regret trusting this practice for so long and trusting it with my dog’s health when she needed competent medical care the most. Never again.
Friendly, quick service. Lovely staff, always taking their time to properly look after the doggies. Had the dogs vaccinated again today, still a great place with nice people.
Not only an excellent veterinarian but an amazing person ! Rare to find such scientists... I don’t care to drive from Vienna to Hollabrunn, she is the best ! ♥️
Very good service and friendly, competent vets. Often long waiting times. An appointment based system would maybe be better. Home visits not possible with this vet, not even for an additional fee.
