Absolutely unacceptable. My cat was dying, in excruciating pain, and when I desperately called this "veterinarian," I was simply rude and dismissed. No help, no compassion—just accusations and stupid comments. I wasn't even allowed to finish speaking! That's no way to treat people in distress. Utterly heartless and outrageous. In the end, my cat had to be euthanized.

We needed to have an X-ray done at short notice. Dr. Pametzhofer and his wife both took their time for us and were very friendly.

All of our roommates are cared for here. We are very satisfied.

Outrageous and heartless – never again! I called this "veterinarian" in a desperate situation because my cat was dying, in pain, and urgently needed help. Instead of offering any assistance or even listening to me, I was talked down to on the phone, not allowed to finish a sentence, and bombarded with accusations! Absolutely disrespectful and insensitive in such a terrible situation. Instead of compassion and professional help, I received only stupid messages – unbelievable! You should absolutely not contact someone like this with an animal in distress. Never again! I advise everyone against going there! P.S.: My cat had to be euthanized.

I took our cat to the dental practice today for a dental cleaning. Everyone was very friendly and competent. The problem was explained to me thoroughly. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely come back; I am very satisfied.
