Our cat feels very comfortable with him; there's a very calm atmosphere, and he's been able to help us every single time, no matter what the issue. We have complete trust in him. A quick phone call, an appointment incredibly fast, and virtually no waiting time because he seems to schedule appointments very well, even though he's always busy. It's also nice for the animal to have everything handled quickly. :) He's a man who understands his profession and does it with love, and it shows! I would recommend everyone pay him a visit!
