Super
I wholeheartedly agree with every single one-star review. Last night, our regular vet closed a small wound on my cat's belly with staples. Unfortunately, my cat promptly removed the staples himself, forcing me to seek help outside of regular hours and ultimately calling Dr. Binder. After an extremely brief, barely one-second "remote diagnosis" over the phone, I was sharply questioned as to why the injury hadn't been operated on immediately. Dr. Binder vehemently insisted that surgery had been absolutely necessary. When I declined his suggestion, the atmosphere changed noticeably: his tone suddenly became disrespectful and condescending. At the clinic itself, the wound wasn't even disinfected—it was simply reluctantly stapled back together. The whole process was accompanied by loud comments like, "You're the boss!" and "Don't tell me that, I've been a vet for 40 years!" Dr. Binder insisted that surgery had been absolutely necessary. For me, this experience was not just disappointing, but downright appalling. Anyone who truly takes their animal companion seriously should think very carefully about whether they want to place their trust in Dr. Binder.
Having to take the cat to the vet on a Saturday evening is never pleasant – all the more reason to be so well cared for. Very professional, extremely friendly, and absolutely fair with the costs. I felt my cat was in the best hands. A clear recommendation! This will be my main vet from now on.
