Excellent. My german is not good, and the doctor was extremely nice, he spoke English with me and took care of my dog like if it was his own. The only thing that I can say is thank you. Best Tierarzt ever.

From the very first moment, I felt very well cared for and understood. Dr. Milde takes the necessary time for a thorough medical history, explains the diagnoses and treatment steps in clear, understandable language, and addresses all questions sensitively. He even came to us after hours to treat my sheep in distress, which was an exception. The entire practice team is friendly and professional, and the procedures are excellently organized. Fantastic practice! I had Thommy neutered at another veterinary clinic on Tuesday morning, and on Wednesday around 5:30 pm, both of his testicles suddenly filled with blood and wound fluid. No vet was available. Then I remembered Dr. Szepanski. I called, and the friendly woman on the phone listened to the situation and immediately classified it as an emergency. We were seen quickly, and Thommy underwent emergency surgery. Everything was excellent – ​​a wonderful team who took such good care of both dog and owner, regardless of their own overtime. I am so grateful that my dog ​​received the help he needed.
