We've been taking our cats here since 2019 and always feel very well cared for. The team is competent, warm, friendly, and always acts in the best interests of the animals. When needed, our cats were even allowed to stay for treatment or observation, which isn't always the case, and we're truly grateful for that! The cats are always very calm there, and in emergencies, the practice is always reachable. Appointments are available quickly, the price is reasonable, and we're simply thankful for the loving care. 🐾❣️

Sadly, we had to have our beloved dog put down – one of the hardest moments of our lives. Instead of being offered compassionate support during this difficult time, we were treated coldly, unkindly, and without any empathy. No comforting words, just annoyed tones and constant nagging. We are appalled by the lack of empathy and respect shown to us. We would never return and cannot recommend this place to anyone. Both of them were incompetent with people and our dog – simply heartless and unpleasant!
