The best veterinary practice for miles around! Extremely compassionate. They take their time with both humans and animals, and don't charge "by the metric" like many other practices/clinics. The price/performance ratio is more than fair! Highly recommended!

Her practice has been closed for a very, very long time, and there's only an answering machine that doesn't explain anything at all. I was often worried and wanted to ask. ....today, finally, her husband, Dr. Kleinschmidt, answered the phone... And when I asked what had happened, I was completely and rudely put in my place. He supposedly passed my concerns on to his wife....!? Shortly after, two outrageous answers that could never have come from his nice wife. At least, that's what I think. Anyway, whatever happened.... Everyone has their problems in life.... you shouldn't treat other people so badly. It's really awful....

I can't reach this practice anymore. No explanation, nothing. And now, over a year later, I finally get someone on the phone. But the wrong person on the other end. He... I just wanted to know if Ms. Kleinschmidt could answer a question for me, as I've been a long-time client of hers at this practice. Then I'm rudely dismissed with rude and brusque answers that would never have come from her. Everyone has their own problems to deal with, but you don't have to slap people down like that.
