A very empathetic vet. Both the animal and the human are treated with compassion and calm. My appointment today was a sad occasion, as my budgie had to be put down.

I needed an appointment for my dog, so I called the vet in the morning and was given an appointment for the evening of that same day. My husband and I were greeted very warmly by the vet. Our dog was examined thoroughly and lovingly, and we received excellent advice regarding treatment. Ms. Pohnke answered all our questions, and we felt she was very competent. We would definitely be happy to return.

A competent veterinarian; I took my Yorkshire Terrier to the vet today for a nail trim, and she trimmed his nails immediately and professionally. I'm very satisfied and would recommend her.

We've been taking our dog to Ms. Pohnke for many years; she handles her so wonderfully, and the best part is that the appointments are so well-organized that we're almost always there alone :) This is especially valuable for a dog who's anxious at the vet. If Ms. Pohnke can't find the right solution or doesn't offer certain tests, she refers us to colleagues, which I personally think is fantastic, and not every vet would do that. The practice is nice and modern, but parking in the area is a bit difficult...

The best veterinarian there is! Anyone who gives less than 5 stars here has no idea about animals. Ms. Phonke does everything for the well-being of the animals ❤️
