I’m so so glad I was referred to this clinic. They have time and time again proved why they are simply the best. Other than being Tillie’s House Vet they recently completely saved her life and did everything to save her life which they did💗 They are professional and kind and caring and go out of their way to ensure the pets are at ease and taken care of and the owners worries are lessoned. They set up a little area for me to sit with my Tillie whilst she received infusions and answered every single question I had. Tillie is now at home recovering from pneumonia and I owe her recovery to them:) Far from the city center but 100000% worth the drive/ train connection. If your pet needs help take them there 💗🙏🏻

Amazing service from first contact, doctors and staff. A small detail, but nevertheless worth mentioning-my dog was always called by his name even when checking in for the appointment. Great facilities, interdisciplinary doctors. Everyone takes a lot of time to explain procedures and answering questions. Also never had to wait long for an appointment. I would never go anywhere else again. Very happy to have found a practice where my dog is in good hands. Can recommend to anyone!

This clinic provided excellent service for a difficult case like ours. After visiting more than 6 other vets in Berlin (and getting really bad experiences), this was the most effective one. We required a Sonographie (ultrasound) to detect potential gastric or pancreas problems. Our wait time was under 15 minutes. Dr. Mareike Ottenjann was very professional, taking the necessary time to explain all findings and answer every question. They also kindly provided all necessary information in English and explained the pricing structure thoroughly. For our complex situation, we particularly valued that the vet provided a clear, step-by-step follow-up plan outlining diagnostic possibilities. Highly recommended.

The team at Tierarztpraxis Dr. Sörensen were absolutely incredible, from beginning to end. The appointment from first contact to done surgery was very quick. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted with a smile (and knew my cat’s name before my own, which I loved!), beautiful facilities, incredibly patient and caring staff, and the Veterinary team all spoke English, which was a relief during a stressful time. We discovered this clinic while looking for an oncologist for our cat back in 2022. It was a hard time for us, since we struggled a lot to finally have him diagnosed with cancer - we were sad and a bit hopeless. After requesting an appointment with Dr. Goldbach, she personally called us and made us much more optimistic and hopeful. Their staff are always professional and nice, and Dr. Goldbach is super patient, very knowledgeable (and super willing to share with us) and we trust her a lot. They have been treating our cat since then and we could not hope for a best treatment and oncologist.
